I was extremely impressed with Phillip and team from the time my mother and I interviewed him and through the whole process of selling my mothers house. The DuMoulin-Miller team are outstanding to work with. We recently used them for a condo purchase and the process was so slick and easy. Firstly their team was extremely organized. Summer had lined up 5 showings in one evening, with the perfect amount of drive time between and instructions for parking at each location (WOW!!!!!). We blitzed 5 places in under 2 hours. We were able to confidently make an offer that evening and ended up with an accepted offer to purchase the next morning. We dealt with Phil, Sandra and Elvina. Our primary dealings were with Phil. All were absolutely amazing and helpful! We were SO impressed with all of the updates, feedback, staging, advertising in so many different ways; as well as, whenever we had a question Phil or Sandra were always available. When the offer came in we were dealing with Elvina as it was between Xmas and New Year. Phil was in Mexico at the time and we had some queries. Elvina had been in contact with Phil to update him so it was decided a conference call was needed. Elvina co-ordinated this and Phil contacted us from Mexico. (Elvina was also in attendance for this call.) With both Elvina’s and Phil’s assistance we were able to finalize the sale. Catherine and I wanted to say a big “thank you” for dealing with the townhouse and selling it so quickly! Sandra and Philip, of the DuMoulin-Miller Group, were great to work with. Sotheby’s was the way to go for sure, definitely a cut above what we have had in the past. The marketing was amazing, the home video etc. We will never use another real estate company again. They priced the house more in line with what we wanted and though we didn’t get asking, we are thrilled that it is sold and we are grateful for that! Also grateful not to clean it every 24-48 hours like we had to in the past! Now we can relax and make our plans.
