Jane completes our team. A brilliant resource not only for her marketing, website and graphic design skills but for all things “office”.
In her earlier career Jane played an integral part in growing a successful start-up business and understands the flexibility and breadth of knowledge needed to be a valuable asset. In 1998 she emigrated from England to Toronto, Canada, and was fortunate to work closely with an individual once voted one of the most powerful women in Canada – a tough cookie with high expectations but a wonderful inspiration. She left only to raise a family and a subsequent move out West.
Never to sit idle, whilst her children were in elementary school Jane enrolled with BCIT and completed the Website Design & Development program as well as Accounting and Adobe Creative Suite Graphic Design courses. This gave her a platform to start working from home supporting local businesses whilst raising her three boys.
Jane has consisently been an active volunteer in the community and never afraid to take the lead when needed. She is currently on the Board for a High Performance Water Polo club and holds a committee role for a community swim club.
Jane’s love of travel has taken her around the world through many countries in Europe, South East Asia, Australasia and North America (including 8-weeks travelling across Canada). Her three boys monopolize much of her time but she still manages to run daily with her crazy dog, challenge herself to a few 10k runs each year and enjoys hiking, skiing and snowshoeing. She always has time for her friends and enjoys nothing more than kicking back and relaxing with a glass of wine or cold beer.
